  • Cellularm: Subject to the Cellularm Terms of Service, which govern data handling for cellular connectivity services. In case of conflict, the Cellularm ToS controls for Cellularm-specific data.
  • RACO Monitoring Center (RMC): Subject to the RMC Terms of Service, which govern data handling for cloud-based remote monitoring services. In case of conflict, the RMC ToS controls the RMC specific data.

This Master Privacy Policy applies to all other products and website interactions. Where a product-specific policy is silent on a matter, this Master Privacy Policy controls.


15. Regulatory Compliance

GDPR Compliance

We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for EU residents' data. See our GDPR Addendum.

CCPA/CPRA Compliance

We comply with California Consumer Privacy Act and California Privacy Rights Act for California residents. See our California Privacy Notice.

HIPAA

Our products are not HIPAA-covered entities and do not process protected health information under HIPAA. If you use our products to monitor health-related infrastructure (e.g., hospital systems), we will not process health data; you remain responsible for HIPAA compliance.

Export Controls

We comply with U.S. export control laws. By using our Service, you warrant that you are not located in, nor resident of, any embargoed country (Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Libya, North Korea, Syria, Crimea) and that you are not on any U.S. sanctions list.
