Will I have to reporgam my AlarmAgent after I upgrade its service?
A few of our customers have been asking this--in short, aboslutely not. When you place an order for upgrade, all we ask is that you provide your AlarmAgent serial number with your order and we'll clone the existing board's programmed inputs. That way, when you recieve the new board, all you have to do is install it in the unit.
We are sending stragithforward install instructions with each shipment, so replacing the board will be mapped out for you. Even still, we'd be more than happy to walk you through board installation or answer any additional questions you may have. Feel free to call the factory,
