Our commitment to quality extends beyond the products we create. At RACO, we understand the importance of keeping our customers informed about their equipment and critical processes in the field.

 

That's why every RACO product is backed by a warranty. We take immense pride in the reliability and durability of our products, and we stand by their performance.

We guarantee each product will be in perfect working condition for a period of two years from the date of purchase. If any part (excluding batteries) fails due to a defect in material or workmanship within this timeframe, RACO will repair or replace the product at no cost for parts or labor. For any billable repairs after the initial warranty period, there will be a ninety-day warranty.

Please note that any unauthorized alterations to the product will automatically void the warranty. If you require any alterations to the unit, please complete the authorization form in the Owner's Manual and return it to RACO for warranty coverage.

 

We want to ensure that you have a hassle-free experience with our products. In the unfortunate event that you encounter a defective product, please securely package it and return it to the address provided below. For a Return Authorization Number, kindly contact our Customer Support at 800 449-4539. Our dedicated team is available from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (PST), Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). When reaching out to Customer Support, please have your product's serial number and a detailed description of the issue you're facing.
