      AlarmAgent -- CSA -- Getting Started

      I am a CSA. How do I get started?

      To get started, go to www.alarmagent.com/activate.

      • Click on Log In link and enter your Web Site Login Name and Web Site Login Password.
      • If you are the originally designated CSA in your company, this name and password will have been provided to you in an email from RACO.
      • You may proceed with entering System Wide Settings as well as User data and Notification Groups, even if you are not yet ready to install or activate service for your RTUs.
