I have configured my AlarmAgent notification sequence to email me when there is an alarm. Why am I not seeing the notification emails in my Inbox?
Some email clients will re-direct AlarmAgent notification emails to the BULK folder.
To correct this problem, add AlarmNotification@AlarmAgent.com to your email contact/address information.
Email clients do vary, so you may need to contact your provider to determine the method of marking AlarmAgent emails as "not SPAM." Often, this feature is available from the service provider's HTML email pages.
