Cannot Power ON Verbatim Autodialer

I cannot power ON Verbatim unit. What can I try to get the unit to power up?

1) Try replacing fuse.
2) Remove 8 channel card and try turning unit on.
3) Check for sound. If you hear any sound from the speaker, try resetting the unit by shorting JB3 for 3-4 seconds (left hand edge of main board).
4) If you still have no luck, call 800-449-4539 for RMA, or submit an RMA.
