      How to reset an AlarmAgent during a Daylight Savings Time outage

      There are two ways to reset the RTU during an outage.

      1. Manually cycle power to the RTU: Turning the RTU off and then back on will generate a template report that will reset and re-sync the RTU. To cycle power press the power button. Wait for xmit light to turn on to confirm that power is stored.

      2. Units will auto-recover ~25 hours: The unit will automatically re-sync the RTU with our servers at least once per day. This will establish a stable RTU connection.
