LED Front Panel Flashing when the Catalyst is connected to Alarmware

Why is the entire online LED front panel flashing when I connect to the Catalyst with Alarmware?

If there is a version mismatch between the Catalyst and Alarmware, the online LED front panel will flash.

To remedy the problem, upgrade either the Catalyst firmware or Alarmware to synchronize versions.
