Listening to Ambient Noise Near the Catalyst

Can I listen to the ambient noise surrounding the Catalyst?

When enabled, there is a 15-second listening period at the end of an over the phone session. This will allow you to listen to the sounds in the area surrounding the Catalyst.

Note: All the menu options are still available during this period of time.

To enable this listening period, either use Alarmware or a keycode from over the phone. With Alarmware, go to Configuration|Session Parameters and use the "Microphone listening period at End of Session" pull down to select ON.

For Over the Phone and Front Panel sessions, use keycode 825*0.
